As a result, slight variations in colour, stone size, and fine details are natural and should be expected. These subtle differences are part of the charm and individuality of handmade jewellery no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Flexible Earring Stems: Our earring stems are thoughtfully crafted from a softer material to provide flexibility and help prevent snapping. A gentle bend or curve in the stems is intentional and not considered a fault or defect; it is part of the design’s functional integrity.

Natural Stone Inclusions: Semi-precious stones and doublets may display natural inclusions, which enhance their authentic, organic beauty. These inclusions such as internal patterns or surface markings are not flaws but unique characteristics of the material.

Doublet Characteristics: For pieces featuring doublets, the bottom layer is crafted from quartz. As a result, the underside of the stone may show hazy textures, crack-like patterns, or even subtle greenish marks. These features are entirely normal, expected, and inherent to the nature of doublet construction, adding to the piece’s artisanal authenticity.
