Cancellation policy

Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders for ready-to-ship items may be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of purchase.

After this period, order processing may have commenced. Cancellation requests submitted after 2 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where costs have already been incurred, including payment processing fees, labour, packaging, or other fulfilment-related costs, a reasonable deduction may be applied before any refund is issued.

Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order and made-to-order items may be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of purchase.

After this period, production planning, material sourcing, manufacturing, and other preparatory work may have commenced. Cancellation requests made after the 2-hour period may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to deductions reflecting reasonable costs already incurred.

Once a pre-order or made-to-order item has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted by email to support@anayahjewellery.com or via our customer support channels as soon as possible.

The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which the customer communicates their intention to cancel.
