Shipping & Delivery

At Anayah Jewellery, every order is handled with the same care as our jewellery itself. From dispatch to delivery, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and reassuring service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination, courier partner rates, or promotional offers. All applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

In-Stock Orders

Our ready-to-ship pieces are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days after your order is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

We ship via DHL Express or Royal Mail (UK orders).

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 3–4 business days

  • USA & Canada: 3–5 business days

  • Middle East: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of World: 3–5 business days

You will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

For expedited delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order and our team will advise.

Pre-Order & Bespoke

  • Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on each product page and at checkout.

  • These are estimates only, as each piece is individually crafted and subject to production schedules.

  • If you have a strict deadline (such as for a wedding or event), please contact our Client Care team before ordering. We will advise you on feasibility and keep you updated throughout the process.

  • In rare cases, unforeseen delays may occur due to production or courier issues.

Packaging

Each order is presented in signature Anayah packaging, designed to protect your jewellery while elevating your unboxing experience.

  • Where possible, multiple pieces from a single order are packed together to reduce unnecessary waste in line with our sustainability commitment.

  • If you require individual packaging for each item, this can be arranged on request. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to your local customs authority.

  • Customs clearance may extend delivery times, which is outside our control.

  • If customs fees are refused or left unpaid and the parcel is returned, shipping and handling costs will be deducted, and the order will be treated as non-refundable.

Important Information

  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

  • If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they will be shipped together once all pieces are ready. If you would like ready-to-ship items sooner, we can arrange a split delivery and standard shipping fees will apply.

  • All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you request delivery without a signature, or to a neighbour or safe place, we are not liable for any loss or damage once the parcel is marked as delivered.

  • Certain courier services apply additional fees for remote or hard-to-reach locations (ODA surcharges). If your address falls into this category, our team will contact you with details before dispatch. Standard shipping fees remain covered by us where applicable; however, ODA surcharges must be paid by the customer.

  • If the delivery address provided at the time of placing the order is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries.

  • Any delivery concerns must be reported within 5 days of dispatch.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to missed or refused delivery, a return shipping fee will be charged before re-sending.

Repairs & Returns for Service

If an item is returned for repairs or adjustments, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. Complimentary return postage is not provided at this time.

This Shipping Policy is reviewed and updated regularly. Anayah Jewellery reserves the right to amend shipping terms, fees, and delivery practices at any time. All updates will be published on this page.
